BodyMind Balance is an energy healing based practice that specialises in emotional wellbeing, stress management and personal empowerment.
Debbie Gillespie works with the mind/body connection, the wisdom of the body and a variety of energy healing modalities to assist clients to connect to their own inner core of wisdom and power so they can cope better with life and its challenges – enabling them to be in the ‘eye’ of the tornado’ rather than being buffeted by it. As part of her unfolding journey she has completed Healing and Shamanic training with Medicine Woman Centre for Shamanic Studies and is currently undertaking advanced Shamanic Studies.
Debbie works predominantly with the First Light Flower Essences of NZ to perfectly support you to connect to your heart and soul – promoting more joy, peace and fulfilment.
