BodyBella Pilates is a small reformer pilates studio in Upper Hutt. Mel the principal instructor is great, and the class size has 4 really nice reformer machines in a lovely location. Mel mixes up the programme every week, and gives you a great workout with modification for different peoples needs and abilities. Mel offers classes for newbies as well to help people get used to the machines. I go twice a week and it helps keep my back in good health. I highly recommend.
