So what is Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy? Biodynamic means treating the system as a whole. Cranio means head & sacral means the sacrum area (bottom). I tap into your body's natural self-healing system (think cut finger...how your body naturally heals it) & assist it to do what it wants to do, but for a million different reasons it may not be doing as well as it could. That may be for reasons of physical or emotional traumas. Our bodies are an exquisite example of quantum physics & this system operates on light touch - deep work, a beautiful experience all round
