I recently tried reformer Pilates at Body Nourished with Kelsey. She made me feel comfortable as a beginner adjusting the equipment to my height and strength. She calmly gave instructions making me feel confident to do the exercises. I highly recommend Body Nourished to anyone who likes Pilates or Yoga or anyone who wants to give at go. I will definitely be coming back.
Amazing Pilates Reformer Experience, for the first time with Kelsey in her Body Nourished Studio. Kelsey's Studio is a welcoming light airy space that has no distractions to your outside world. I really appreciated the Air Conditioner because as you get into your session, the temperature was perfect as I warmed up. Kelsey has a lovely easy to understand way of Instructing and this gave me the confidence to do the Pilates Reformer class. Thoroughly enjoy Body Nourished pilates classes with Kelsey. Such a mindful teacher, accomodating to all clients! I have recently been trying Reformer Pilates and it has been an awesome experience, definitely challenging but Kelsey continues to make me feel comfortable as a beginner, assisting me when using the different equipment and ensuring I am performing the exercises correctly. Highly recommend Body Nourished to everyone!
Hey all you beautiful peeps, hope you are well & life is being kind I've been going to Body Nourished for nearly 2yrs now & it's been awesome! I had alot of medical issues when I first started, I was weak, unfit & was worried I wouldn't keep up. But Kelsey is a patient, compassionate & dedicated teacher & works in layers so you can go at your own pace. So weather you want a gentle, medium or extreme workout, you will get it at Body Nourished & that's why I'm rating 5 stars
I have been attending Kelsey's pilates reformer and yoga classes for a few months now. Kelsey has a wonderful, caring approach and never makes me feel awkward. I enjoy the classes and have met some lovely people.
I have absolutely loved the yoga, matt pilates and reformer pilates classes that are available. Working along side Kelsey to work through injury’s or just switch off at the end of a long day has been great! Highly recommend attending classes you will not be disappointed
