Very good professional massage therapist in lovely clean surroundings, focused on injured elbow and also neck and shoulders, my problem areas. Felt a lot better straight away and will definitely return.
Had a great 1 hour massage. She identified my back problem and gave exercises to free up my back. My lower back is good now. Recommended.
I know within 10 seconds if a masseuse knows what they're doing - and Nucha is a master masseuse. Truly gifted. She is very present during the massage and you feel she really cares about improving your health and mobility.
Must try.. I was suffering from wrist pain since 4 months. Seen physiotherapist several times but was of no help. But I got relieved from only one session here.nMy wrist is back to normal now. Thank you Body and mind Massage.n-Onkar
Nucha is the very best! So glad I discovered her. One hour of healing that I cannot recommend enough. A few months ago my shoulder was so sore and limited in movement that I cried getting dressed. I now movement in my shoulder and can now sleep on my right side again. I also had tennis elbow, which she fixed in one session. Do yourself a favour and book in, you won't regret it.
