Jan of 2023 with Kyle and Rachel. I hope they stay here for a very long time. I booked a couples massage for my husband and I he has never had a massage in his life and I assumed he wouldn't enjoy it but wanted him to at least try. They exceeded our expectations, probably the best massage I've ever had and my husband is totally willing to do more. I had Kyle and my husband had Rachel. The atmosphere was great and professional, the room was warm and tables comfortable even at 4.5 months pregnant. Will definitely be booking more with them! Highly recommend, especially for those who want firm pressure and therapist that find your pain points!

Arrived 10 minutes before my appointment to find the door locked even with their hours posted being opened. Called the office and was told the massage therapist will be on his way. Waited for 20 minutes, called the office again and this time, no one picked up. Waited another 10 minutes. No one came. Super disappointed as they were voted #1 best in the valley for messages and I have taken time out of my busy day for the appointment.

My friend and I have both had massages from body focus and our experiences were drastically different. My friend's massage therapist, Mary, was wonderful. Mine was somewhat less than wonderful. I'm fairly certain that at one point she actually fell asleep, and I was able to literally count the minutes with the ticking clock on the wall while she caught her cat nap. And I love my shoulder blade massaged as much as the next person, but having to wait a good 30 minutes into the massage before the muscle and knots were actually found seemed a bit long. Perhaps my massage therapist just needs a little more training. If you go, definitely ask for Mary.

Cassie is beyond amazing! I haven't been to the masseuse in years and I went in and holy man I can't wait until I go back! Definitely going once a month if I can afford it because she really gets in there and works them deep tissues out. I just absolutely love how good she was

I have gotten a multitude of massages here and every time has been fantastic. Edward and Mason have done wonders for my sore muscles and I go from being in pain to feeling great. They don't just do a typical massage, they focus on what hurts and they feel what hurts by touch and work it out. I won't go anywhere else. Took a star away: Has just gotten too expensive. $74 for a 60minute massage plus a tip

I've gone here on several occasions and have experienced different massage therapists each time. The first time I went was due to an acute back injury. Scheduling an appointment was a breeze and I was able to get in almost right away. The massage was fantastic and I felt ten times better after I left. My back pain subsided much faster than previous flare ups did. Each time I've gone here, the therapists were professional and gave fantastic massages. I would recommend them to anyone.

Best massage I've had in a long time! Staff were able to book me and my fiance for a couples massage with just 2 days notice, they were very helpful and talked to us to figure out what was hurting and what to massage. They fixed my neck and gave me my range of motion back.

I have been to Body Focus three times now I believe, first time I went they had a great valentines day special a few years ago, they were one of the only places in town I could find that would do a couples massage. It was awesome! We've also had chair massages, and other full massages best b-day present to yourself!! and the service is always excellent, the ladies that have helped me there are always nice and the atmosphere is awesome, very calming. I won't go anywhere else!

My first professional massage ever, it was life changing and magical. The people here are friendly and definitely look after your particular needs. I had Mason and wow, what a nice guy, besides the fact that he has magic hands. Definitely, highly recommend this place!

Never had a massage before and looked forward to the experience. Left with terrible shoulder pain and a headache. Only had a 45 minute massage but got charged an hour. Threw away the rest of my gift certificate as I will not be returning
