Fantastic service, very helpful and extremely knowledgeable and friendly, this is going to be a very regular business to support. I felt very at home and relaxed and keen to keep gong back time and time again. They did a awesome job and listened to how to my concerns unlike a different place before.
This is the second year in a row I've been here for my birthday. Decor is calming, staff are friendly, and the treatments are oh so relaxing. I feel asleep during mine. They even give a little chocolate eclair afterwards which seems trivial, but it's those little things which are up to a great experience. They even gave a birthday discount voucher, and booking online was easy
UPDATE; After writing a review below I did receive a call from Body Cafe, they were very apologetic and asked me to come back and have the treatment re done. The treatment was thorough and unrushed. Just like it should have been at the time of my initial booking. I was booked in for the $75 dollar pedicure. It said it was 45 minutes of foot work. This treatment was around 25 minutes long from ear to ear. The member of staff was lovely but the treatment itself did not cut it, cuticle work around my nails did not get done just ontop of my nail, the hard skin was treated with a peel but not a great amount came off as it wasnt on there long enough, nails were filed short and wasnt even asked if I wanted to leave them long or short and in what shape. Very disappointed with this treatment and I think they should clarify exactly what the treatment involves. Especially on the price list and when booking.Service:&nbsp;Pedicure
I always enjoy my time at The Body Cafe. I receive great advice on products and I'm treated based on my specific needs at the time of my appointment. It's a great place for me to relax and recharge!
Always my favourite place to get treatments done. I have gone to Nichole specifically for years now, and don't plan on changing!
Amazing service every time i visit. Highly recommend this salon for all beauty needs, The girls are lovely and its always a relaxing visit. Only place i would visit in Hamilton!
