I have done a lot of classes and gym memberships in the past, but nothing compares with the experience I get from Bodi HQ. The coaches genuinely cares about the person's well being. Mike makes sure that the exercises are done to the capability of the person and that training is done safely. A personal training in a class environment. I like their unique drop in class which allows for time flexibility. The facility provides clean showers and lockers. There is heaps of parking space and wide open spaces glass building that does not make you feel caved in. I am all for experience and this facility is definitely a top 10 in the vibe space.
I never thought I'd love working out again after a 7 year break from exercising due to kids and injuries & excuses! However, after doing a 6 week corporate challenge here early on in the year I am hooked. Mike's expertise with rehab, dealing with injuries and having options for everything has meant I can still take part in classes and get a great workout. Friendly, knowledgeable, approachable and always on hand to help - I can't fault this gym. Love the classes, awesome trainers.
One of the best gyms in Auckland with amazing facilities and classes. Mike supported me initially with pain rehab management and on the other hand Bruno helped me acheive my goals real quick! Bruno is one of the best trainers in the field! Absolute legend!! Highly recommended
Decided I wanted to get stronger so I joined the gym 3 months ago and have been working with Bruno ever since. Really enjoying my time and definitely seeing results. The whole team are amazing and so supportive. Definitely would recommend!
Awesome and supportive gym environment for all! The STR classes are my favourite and Mike is an incredible trainer who challenges you, motivates you and has a great eye for corrections : All the trainers are friendly and motivating. Highly recommend for anybody and everybody! You'll be in safe hands :
Jo is very encouraging and knowledgeable, I feel better every time I leave a session with her. This is the best thing I have done for myself in years, and I grateful to have found such a lovely person as Jo to help me progress.
The place where they know your name! Fabulous, friendly and caring team of trainers. Good variety of classes. Drop in sessions allow flexible start times & yoga helps out flexibility!
I have only been going to BodiHQ a few weeks but have been super impressed with everything I have experienced. Mike is a super knowledgable PT and thrives on helping me with my various ailments weirdo! LOL and Jo and Bruno the other trainers have been so welcoming. I was particularly impressed that Jo and Bruno knew to look out for my neck injury during a class, Mike had obviously informed them. My husband comes from a 30 year health and fitness background so I knew exactly what I was looking for. Its a really welcoming vibe and Im really happy with the experience so far! Thanks team!
