We’ve been with Bobs gas for 3 years now trying to support local. No one ever answers the phone they have often mixed up or forgot our order even though we are only 2 minutes from the store. Yesterday we rang complaining of a gas leak and we were fobbed off. Rang again this morning and no one really cares. Surely they have some health and safety protocol to follow but no nothing. Wouldn’t recommend we will be changing providers asap
We stopped here with our JUCY campervan. We had a small gasbottle of 4L. For 12NZD. We were helped friendly.
Been in a few times and been greeted by a lady with a foul mouth and attitude.. can't be good for business absolutely loosing the plot in front of me and other customers.. last time I will be using bobs gas not worth the hastle
Never answer the phone, have had someone elses bottle for months and have no idea where ours has gone, the bottle literally has someone else’s name on it! Tried to tell us we needed a 10 year service when the bottle was only 5 years old. Bottles were only lasting us a month at a time until we complained about the service then suspiciously our next bottles have lasted us months longer.
Easy parking, fill 9kg while you wait friendly service
