Customer service is fantastic. Service is quick and high quality. Tea is always fresh and the quality is high. Tapioca Pearl's are always cooked perfectly. All other topping options are well prepared. My go to order is a Lychee green tea with aloe vera, which they always pull off amazingly. Definitely a must visit if in the mood for bubble tea when in the riccarton area
I ordered green milk tea and add boba but got totally different drink and couldn't add boba as it wasn't ready...it was at 11am and wasn't ready...A guy who worked there told me that one's green milk tea...it looks obviously different and tasts like chemical. I was so shocked. I had a worst boba ever. I'll never go back again. Absolutely disgusting.
I love this place but not anymore there cups are really light if you hold it tight it will splash everywhere and they used to decorate the cups but not anymore they don't have a flavorful drinks. This 2 drinks are the same flavour it went from the first picture to the second picture I don't want to be rude or anything I will just like you guys to do better.
Terrible service! Waited 30 minutes for our waffles with ice cream. We were served last even though we ordered first. The staff was not even apologetic. Didn’t wait for the waffles to cool longer so the ice cream melted quickly. Bad service in this stall. Wouldn’t be buying here anymore!!!
Stuff is so friendly and professional. Foods and drinks are tasty, especially spicy popcorn chicken and peach green tea with boba. Highly recommend it!!!!!!

Came to Christchurch for a holiday and visited Bobabear yesterday. Strong tea flavour, but I think it would be better if it was more creamy and had more milk flavour. Love the sugar levels here, I think normal sugar level you can still taste the strong tea flavour. I’m a tea lover too and I think the tea used by Boba bear was well chosen. I can’t judge your pearls as it was sold out, I personally find drinks at Bobabear a little bit more expensive but I can kinda understand why. The waffles smells great too and looks delicious, saw eco friendly cups as well. Nice shop! Will visit again next time I come to Christchurch. Overall, I give Boba bear 4/5 stars More creamy and milk flavour I think would make it more better.

You one thoughts what there is a boba drink store contains the extremely well service. Also they are making drink so fast , I love boba drink starting from boba bear.
They have great customer service and kind staff. Their drinks are very tasty too. Kid-friendliness: Their staff are very friendly.
