My phone call of today to the manager Heidii was answered in a very brusque and unfriendly manner. I felt sorry for our very good friend who has just moved into a serviced apartment there if that unfreindly attitude prevails at this village.
Excellent facilities and very impressive service especially by the village manager Jodie Mahan, who received us on a busy afternoon. The level of professionalism, pleasantness, understanding and kindness she showed us was amazing. The place feels bright and happy
