Wait time was way too long, music playing was ancient, Bd food quality was below standard. The only thing happening for this place was the male staff member who took time to apologize for the long wait and offered us a complementary drink. Didnt get his name but he was awesome!
Disappointing...Hotel/Bar/Restaurant trading on its location...food choices very limited ..whole vibe is stuck in the 70s....recommend heading to Rawene instead
Great fresh fish, great ribs, great service!
Best food in the last week or more in NZ. KETO fresh fish of the day with perfectly steamed broccoli glorious view and happy to serve local staff. We are so lucky.
Actually are from the pub which shares the kitchen. Had the ribs which tasted ok and the beer was cold, but the chips were soggy and poor quality and the coleslaw was tasteless. Better to try takeaways and sit on the beach and enjoy the view
Loved the pork belly and ribs although was a bit pricey.
Mussels were deeelicious, friendly staff, gorgeous view and a cool 'pub' atmosphere
