BMW Parts Dept - Ladies Mile Motors Co.

What a waste of any star. I bought a mass air flow meter and its housing of 116i from the shop. When I bought this, I asked about that this works properly and he said 'yes'. Why i asked about this because there was no steel net installed in front of the sensor, however, I bought this. I just needed the sensor, not the housing and steel net. After that, I came back home and tried to change i found this sensor is already broken, . After two days, I went there to swap other sensor. I explained why it is broken with some pictures but the owner refused it because I already touched and disassembled the sensor. Also he said that it works well if I change the whole module. I said "I finished BAT of Automotive engineering and knew this won't work." then he answered "If u are not a BMW specialist, ask them and come back again.". I do not recommend you to go to the shop if you want to buy a part. The price was 287 NZD and it is not far from the price of Bosch OEM one. Be a smart shopper please.

I purchased a steering pump from these guys last year 24-12-2012 for my X5. They supplied the incorrect pump which they acknowledged. But they couldn't give me the money back because the accts department were not there. That was 6 weeks ago and according to Sam they are still not there and after several emails and replies he has never offered an explanation about why no money. I rang him today and he said the accts department is at fault. I asked to speak to them and he said they are not there. I don't recommend this company to anyone. I'm off to the courts today to start the process.
