Bluestone Coloured merinos is a flock of merinos producing Ulta-Fine to Super Fine naturally coloured wool ranging in 5 main colours- Black, Dark Grey, Grey, Light Grey/ Blue Grey and Moorit.
Sheep have been recorded extensively since 2004 for breeding, wool and conformation. Some bloodlines can be traced back to the 1970's.
To breed top quality Naturally Coloured Merino sheep, that produce highly sought after fleeces that can be processed into top products!
Sheep can become available for sale- Used Rams, young rams (2th), ewe and wether lambs. Ram lambs are keep every year and can be bought as 2ths.
At present all wool is being made into woven scarves and knitted scarves and shawls with Janehenry Merino.
