What you would expect for a short logistical service but I was a bit appalled at the large gap between the cabin entry door and the floor. The feeling of privacy feels robbed. However if you are thinking of getting a cabin it is definitely worth the small price for some valuable rest!
Poor experience with Bluebridge, won't be making this mistake twice. I'd pass on some helpful feedback but from reading the existing reviews it seems like you don't listen and have changed nothing.
Love the service from Bluebridge strait shipping more relaxed and family feel. Recommend to anyone crossing the Cook strait.
Cannot fault the service of this company. When ferries were delayed the communication was exceptional keeping everyone up to date Staff are always pleasant. Great work!
