Do not join this agency! Do not join this agency! Do not join this agency! They do not pay your work and feel they have right over your money. Full of lies and deceit! Poor work ethics and induction procedures. SIVA, the office lady thinks she can lie about worked hours and steal the pay. Worse people to deal with. Do not join.

Absolute poor agency to deal with! Almost every week there was an issue with my pay and yes sometimes Bidfood were to blame for not sending the timesheets through. Its only when i find out that i havent been paid, then only Bunny would tell me they have not received my timesheet. Why wait for your candidate to say that have not been paid?  Be proactive and make sure your candidates get paid on time. Its not good enough to say “we didnt get the timesheet” Last week i spoke to Bunny advising i dont want any issues when i get my last pay including holiday pay and i was given the assurance i wont have any issues! Guess what? No holiday has been paid out even though i am entitled to it and my payslip reflected that i had 14.75 hours that should of been paid to me in my final pay. STAY AWAY FROM BLUECOLLAR!!!!!

TRASH AGENCY. Wheres the covid-payments to compensate when we have to isolate? Can't go to Winz but have to appearantly wait 3 weeks for a payout and some of us still waiting beyond that, how do you survive on that?  Terrible communication, lack of valid reason!!!

Very poor communication , had a agent who was a Indian guy, barely replied to texts or calls and only calls back after having 10-15 miss calls or days later, payment was rubbish, always had to call regarding short payments and having to receive the short payments that was atleast 200+ the week after, called about my covid pay I was suppose to receive 1st March but haven’t as the agent keeps saying ‘no update’, had an arguement about covid pay and last minute notices over the phone saying he was ‘unprofessional’ and he replies ‘Don’t tell me how to do my job!!’ Very rude, and even til now still waiting around for my covid pay for me and my sisters and my parents are thinking of taking further actions towards this‼

They have terrible communication skills

not a very good  outfit to work for very poor pay. slave labour should be your new company name.  kind regards dean
