My mother has been at Bloomfield Court for several weeks. We are grateful for all the dedicated care, support and kindness from Prem, Denny and all the staff. As a family we appreciate the positive and pleasant atmosphere and environment that the staff create and the surroundings offer. We would highly recommend Bloomfield Court to other prospective residents and their families.
My Mum stayed there for respite for 2 weeks back in 2017 She wasn't happy there even though she chose the place. The manager was very abrupt with me and criticised other rest homes.nMy Mum was pleased to leave after her 2 weeks were up. However since then I have revisited the rest home just 2 days ago and I am responding to the reply.nUPDATEnThank you for your response to my review. The date is 13th February 2025.nI have since revisited this rest home and spoke with the new Manager. Definitely a much nicer person. He showed me round and there was certainly some very good improvements. It certainly had a better feel to the place.
Came back to edit this review ..nNew owners new staff, Brilliant!nThey now have a van for outings and the food and atmosphere has improved dramatically
