Emma nailed it when our Hop On Hop Off wine tour was unceremoniously cancelled the afternoon before less than 24 hrs and I rang enroute to Picton to find something else as we'd only one day there to do it. She immediately organised us multiple options and we chose a Marlborough Wine Tours half day and it was fabulous. She did this quickly, efficiently and was a pleasure to deal with. Our isite experience was very positive thanks to Emma!
Excellent information centre housed in a modern building. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about the area and Blenheim's points of interest. Do well to visit as your first port of call to the area.
Highly recommend stopping at this isite location if you have any questions or want ideas about things to do in the area. Phillipa, Emma, and Anna were incredibly helpful in providing first-hand info on the walking/cruise options I was considering. I'm confident what I chose to do tomorrow will be amazing. Phillipa booked the cruise for me as I found the Cougar Lines website difficult to use. Thank you!
I would highly recommend these guys. They organised are itinerary and everywhere we went was fabulous. We had absolutely no issues with tranfers, times etc. They are very professional and patient. Would definitely use again.
Blenheim i-site has come a long way in terms of improvement. I remember 10 years ago this place was not fully equipped to cater for information seekers. However, now the place look very modern and presentable with stylish outlook. There is a small souvenir shop inside. Staff is very helpful. Lot of stuff has moved online but it is good to check with them about hiking and sightseeing stuff. Lot of parking spot for vehicles.
