Cheese is really good but their customer service is abysmal!  I have ordered twice and each time I have had problems not arriving, jar smashed, promised jar for my trouble, not sent etc.  I have now emailed them twice and am getting no reply - apparently they are on holiday for a month - so no service!  there is no phone line anyway - irritating. So guys get your act together, you may have great cheese but there is a limit to customers' patience and goodwill,
