Blackwell did some work in my neighborhood to install AT&T fiber and inadvertently left a pile of dirt in my front yard. Not a huge pile, but I didn't have anywhere to put it, so I called them and left a message on Friday. I got a call back and was told he would try to get someone out there that day, but if not, no later than Monday. Sure enough, yesterday Monday a truck came by, they removed the dirt, laid down straw, and I think they seeded the area too. I really appreciate their professionalism and accountability, especially since I'm not even their direct customer. Thanks to the team at Blackwell for taking care of this issue.
