We are very happy with our 3x3 gazebo purchased in March and our recent purchase of extra sides. Great service and staff.
This business has a great layout and excellent, helpful and friendly customer service. Have to make a special mention of Beth: she has a wonderfully welcoming personality. This company really know how to treat customers. My next gazebo purchase will be from this company.
Unfortunately the canopy ripped within 12 months of use, but after a number of conversations with Blackhawke Gazebos, they agreed that they would replace it under warranty. They have also since altered the design of the canopy to be stronger where it had ripped to prevent future issues. Well done for their response.
