This company suffers from terrible administration. They were advised that no flowers had been delivered for a significant milestone birthday. Instead of amending the issue immediately and with an apology. They had to be convinced with multiple correspondence through Interflora to finally deliver the nearly $150 bouquet, drop it late, and with no additional recompense given the hassle to convince them and shortcoming of services paid for.
Received a bouquet of flowers from Wellington-florist over the weekend as part of a celebration. I was so impressed. The flowers were colourful, vibrant and creatively paired with interesting greenery. Not a boring bud in the mix. I've used other "boutique" florists in the CBD of Wellington before, but none have delivered anything near the standard set by this team. I know exactly who I will turn to the next time I want to send someone flowers. Highly recommend.

We have been nothing short of amazed at the service from Black Rose Florists. We find they use empathy and creative flair to provide the perfect solution every time. Be it a sad or happy occasion, saying sorry or saying thanks, they always have the perfect answer to our needs. On one occasion at Christmas, we wanted a last minute Xmas gift sent to my Mother in Wairarapa, and would you believe, they delivered it personally on their weekend at no extra charge, as they were heading that way for the weekend. They make it easy to match budget to the occasion. Totally professional personal service.
