Our absolute favourite place to dine out at! Always a great atmosphere, the service is ALWAYS on point and made to feel valued and so welcomed. And the food, well the food is just next level. We try and go once a week if not more! My favourite is the Beef Wellington for dinner, or there Chicken Parmegan for lunch! Keep up the amazing work

My experience at Black Cottage Cafe was absolutely stunning. From the perfectly cooked lamb to the delectable quinoa salad, every dish exceeded expectations. However, the real star of the show was the sticky date pudding—it was simply divine. The presentation was impeccable, and the flavors were exquisite. I highly recommend Black Cottage Cafe to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience. I'll definitely be returning for dinner soon. Party of 8 attending on Sunday. Very busy, good vibe. The service was excellent & everyone enjoyed their respective meals. BUT, my meal, although delicious, was insufficient and I left almost as hungry as when I arrived! I couldn't fault the flavours in my Confit of Duck meal, beautifully presented, but woefully small portions - served in a bowl, not a flat plate always difficult to eat from with a knife & fork. Have to say this dish was NOT value for money. So, cannot say I will be returning any time soon.

Our party of 4 have just had a beautiful lunch of seafood risotto, big breakfast and creamy mushrooms. We ordered a mock tail and the wonderful server brought little tasting glasses for the whole table. The service was friendly, considerate and efficient and all the food delicious.
