Birchwood Manor Motel

Edit: only don't get unit 5 it's next door to the boiler and if people shower at 5.30am it's makes a pipe hissing noise followed by a big clang every 30secs for about half hr. Ruined what is otherwise a great place Great rooms, quiet, double plugs both side of bed, bath and shower in studio, microwave, coffee plunger and coffee, great water pressure . 13min walk to Kmart, opposite Countdown supermarket and right by bk 1 block. Restaurants 8 min walk .. great definitely will come again maybe not - see my edit! Plus friendly manager with awesome hair !

Stayed at Birchwood for one week. Very pleasant stay. Clean and tidy. Well serviced. Nice and quiet, didn't notice and road noise even though it is quite a main road. Would stay again. thanks

My experience was very pleasant. Room unit 1 was clean and tidy, and we didn’t hear any noise from the outside. We stayed for one night would highly recommend it.

Fantastic Motel. The rooms are exceptional. Huge more like an apartment. Very luxurious. Service was pleasant and friendly. Beds were very comfortable and rooms warm with a great supply of crockery and cookwear in the kitchen. A very nice touch to have the heater turned on prior to our arrival.Rooms: 5/5

We enjoyed our stay there. Handy location to the city center but quite at night. The room was clean and warm. Will go back again if we have another opportunity.

It was a great experience with birchwood manor motel, the room was so tidy and clean. One of the best motels I would say. Great service and very helpful staff! In an emergency, I booked the room over the phone call for same-day in the evening and my check-in time was 9 pm. I was in the hospital with my wife and Rach help me in that situation. Thank you so much Rach appreciated it.

Very happy with our Motel unit refurbished all rooms bath toilet large TV excellent heating lazy boy seats and couch. Very comfortable beds great nights sleep. We will book again when in Invercargill.

All good. King size bed too low for me, tho. Rooms: 5/5
