From the moment we emailed the team at BIN to arrange our Lake Dunstan Trail ride , we were supported and able to make an informed choice as to what would best suit our group of 5. Our ebikes were great, gel seats, plenty of battery for the 44km ride, very goodorientation, a map and advice. Shuttle service took us back to Cromwell we chose to ride from Cromwell to Clyde,less headwind and only 2 big uphill climbs.nThank you for setting us up for success on this fabulous ride.
I had a great experience doing the Lake Dunstan cycle trail with Bike it Now. The mountain bike I hired was perfect for the trail, and fitted with everything I needed. The pre- departure talk was very informative and made me feel more confident about tackling the ride. I caught their shuttle to Cromwell and gained a lot of local knowledge along the way from John the driver. The trail is great.
We recently did the Big Loop with Bike It Now. Fully recommend this company. Easy communications prior to the ride. Accommodation was spot on for the needs of our group - six of us all over 60. Really enjoyed dining at country pubs and having a couple with the locals.nnIn addition, one of our group sustained an injury on the fourth day necessitating an evacuation. Bike It Now helped out with some of the logistics of this, meaning the injured rider was able to rejoin the group at each accommodation stop.nnMany thanks Fletch and crew.
We had great service from these guys planning the Lake Dunstan, Roxburgh Gorge, and Clutha Gold trails as one journey. They communicated really well and made everything easy. The trails are a great alternative to the OCRT. Thanks for the service you provided
