Took 2 1/2 hours to do simple tire rotation, picked it up and paid, only to see that tires were only rotated on one side, so had to take car back to get finished.
Excellant customer service! Was able to get my vehicle in for a rotation and tire change in just over an hour, and it rides smoother now than when I left the states. Thanks, yall! UPDATE: Got my wife's van new brakes, rotors, and windshield wipers done. Thanks again, yall. Your customer service is awesome. Wife felt really comfortable and at ease talking to everyone, and you were all great to work with.

These guys are amazing. They help me figure out all issues on my car, free of charge! Take care of your car, or they will for you!
Personally I prefer self help because it's cheaper, faster, and I know what I'm getting because I did it myself. In addition to that, the staff there are friendly and they will stop what they're doing to help or teach you. I had to install drum brakes myself, had a question that YouTube or Google couldn't answer, the staff literally did one for me and supervised me when I was doing the other brake. A plus service at a more than affordable price of 8 bucks an hour to use their bays.
Great and experience staff members, they are willing to help out and also provided me with answers to my questions.
Staff is helpful. The hours could be better. I don’t know what type of soldier is able to do work here during the normal work day. I could really use that Sunday. Most posts have their shop open Sundays.
I love this place. It makes working on my car so convenient. It's cheap and the guys are really helpful. Every time I leave, I've learned something new.
