Great! Not the easiest access, but definitely better than other swimming spots along the Hutt River. Also doesn't get as crowded as the most popular Maoribank. And surprisingly, I had 5G reception!
Very fun and in its name has a big rock! It's very fun to jump off but weak swimmers should avoid the river hence it has deep water and strong currents.
Great river swimming, but for confident swimmers only. The deep water and strong currents need to be respected.
