Wish I could give the experience 6 stars. Doing the Kaumira Canyon with Koryn was an absolutely incredible experience. I work as an outdoor adventure provider myself and found the trip incredibly well designed, well paced, and all captured in a video you get to keep as a memory. There was an ATV ride through private land with stunning views, a good variety of abseils, jumps, slides and ziplines through the canyon, lunch and snacks provided the chips and cold fizzies at the end were just *chefs kiss*. Koryn himself was a fantastic guide with lots of great information about the history and ecology of the area, and provided lots of laughs. Watching him jump off rocks and walls was also very impressive. My partner and I had a fantastic day and couldn't stop talking about it on the drive home. If you're wondering whether to book a trip or not, just do it. It was absolutely superb.
Special thanks to Koryn, our tour guide who made both of us feel very confident with the abseiling! We did lots of jumps into the pools, abseiling and ziplining through the waterfall. It’s really an amazing canyoning experience for us!
My daughter and I had the best day with Koryn. From start to finish it was so much fun and we felt completely safe and in the best hands. It was a cold day but he gave us great gear and kept us moving to stay warm. All the canyoning activities were challenging and fun and sometimes scary but in a good way. Koryn was a great guide, very knowledgeable, clearly an expert and we felt complete confidence in him. Also loved the video of our highlights after.
Had such a great canyon trip in the Tui canyon with Koryn. Felt 110% safe during the trip due to the experience of the guide. Also included GoPro video material afterwards! Hope to come back for another canyon one day!
I had an amazing time with Koryn doing the Kaumira Canyon. It was my first time canyoning so I was a little nervous however Koryn was fantastic and made me feel safe the entire time. Thank you!
