Such great staff - going above & beyond. Just under 10 kms away we got a flat tyre on our electric car - no spare & in pouring rain yesterday.morning I called Big Paws where we were heading to drop off our dog Kobe - Angela came to our rescue before the AA tow truck arrived to drive us/car back to Tauranga. Kobe was excited, tail wagging uncontrollably when in Angela’s car - he knew where he was going for his staycation. Thanks Big Paws team for taking such great care of Kobe & his owners too
Great experience, highly recommend! I've had a bad experience with another, different kennel so I was so happy to see my dog fit, healthy and so happy after her stay. Angela was very helpful and even gave me a tour around. Good value for money too. Very thankful for their care and I wouldn't hesitate to go back again!
My dog tyson enjoys himself here, they are understanding if him being abit if a nervous dog and i love that he has his own big area so i dont have to worry. We will always choose these guys to look after our doggy they care wich makes me feel like hes safe. Thanks so much team
Comforting to know your pets are happy to be at Big Paw. Louie our little jack russel couldn't wait to get inside to play with the other dogs. Our two 6 month old kittens ran straight to their favorite play tower.
