Plastic object in my husband's pie, we sent an email via Big Ben Pies contact recommendations several days ago with No Response??? This is appalling! Photo's provided with barcode Steak and Cheese 6pack, details of shop and photo of plastic item. RESPONSE received- voucher offering 2 free products after review made and 3 email/messenger attempts. Overall expect better customer service.
I just send off a rude message to Irvine about their pies and yours is looking the same as their pies is . Not much mince and cheese in its and the steak and cheese don’t really know if it’s a steak from the cows or from something else , and it’s not enough in the pie casing. Sure the prices are higher now but you have contract to buy your meat in bulk. What happen did the staff eat all the meat when you are not looking . For the cost of 6 pack now it’s not funny at all to see your favourite pie loosing weights is your name still be Big Ben or Little Ben I rely on you for a Thursday dinner but I don’t think I’ll be able to buy any more from you too. I’ll post something in Facebook so the other can put their dissatisfaction on it Sisi
Shameful pie. I bought the pepper steak pie and what I found inside? Mince, if I could evem call it that, and a couple of blobs of hard fat and funny enough the biggest piece of "meat" was an artery. I Wonder what kind of left over from left over meat you guys using to feed us?

Why are your steak and cheese pies pratically a mince and cheese and not steak. I know many of my tradie friends dont buy your pies because they simply want a steak and cheese but behind that wrapper is just mince. Very bad fail lose your steak and cheese customer 1 by 1

We quite often buy Big Ben's pies..love the steak and cheese but was disappointed with the amount of chicken in my butter chicken pie tonight..nice flavour though.
