Story

Welcome to Biddy Kate's Backpackers.

We have a wide variety of rooms available here from 4 Bed Dorms, Twin and Double and get this!!!! Every Room has a bathroom, So no waiting in a queue for a shower after work!

Large Lounge Room with really comfy couches and all the Channels to watch on our Large Flat Screen TV.

Kitchen with everything you need in it, with free Tea, Coffee and Sugar all the time.

Sunny Balcony exiting the Lounge and Kitchen which is amazing to chill out in the sun or have a few cold beers and a BBQ.

Laundry use is FREE!! Everybody likes to hear the word free, Don't they??

Also we have an Irish Bar downstairs which we do cheaper meals everyday for any one staying here also pay no more then $10 for meals !!

Biddy Kate's Irish Bar also has a great nightlife, Thirsty Thursday Specials, Happy Hour for 2 hours every Friday and Saturday Sessions. We have themed Nights, Live Music and much more. Always great fun here at Biddy's :)

Really nice food great service
Good location. However, the rooms, facilities and kitchen are not maintained well. Dirty and not welcoming at all. Security is a concern. Wouldn’t recommend.
Great food, super friendly staff. Would definitely visit again when back in Blenheim.
I went to biddy Kate's twice and I ordered the Nacho's the first time and the lasagna the second time. The lasagna was good although had too much herbs. That's mainly what I could taste. The Nacho's were amazing
Had never been here before, but went one night with a group of friends for a quiz night, which was great fun. Friendly staff and atmosphere, it had a decent range of dinner and dessert options. I was a bit let down that they couldn't make some drinks due to not having coconut cream or jagermeister, so I just got G&Ts instead.
Only here as a saturday night customer in the bar. Staff werent that friendly towards us from Europe. DJ playlist very outdated. Nice place all the same and a few people around
Good food excellent service can't fault it
Friendly staff, good service and definitely the best eggs benedict & bacon in NZ.
Pleasant staff, but lacked atmosphere and ontap beer selection.
