I have recently moved to this area so just had my first experience of Beyond Radiology Silverdale. I was very impressed. Starting with the warm friendly approach at reception, the pleasant waiting area and then the radiographer who was sensitive to my anxiety and took a caring and supportive approach to my procedure. An amazing facility.
I needed a CT Scan to be undertaken, we checked to find the nearest facility to where we live, including a facility that could undertake this fairly promptly.nnBeyond Radiology answered all of our requirements, and we were able to get an immediate appointment.nThe procedure was undertaken professionally, and the clinical personnel explained everything to my complete satisfaction.nnI can certainly recommend this facility for any procedure, especially any scans.
Staff are very polite and friendly.nThis is my 3rd time having my treatment & it was pleasant invironment. Thank you Beyond Radiology.
What an incredible facility, I was so impressed with the reception and ease of checking in as a new patient. You could tell the thought that had gone into the space to make it calming and inviting, down to the stunning floral arrangements.nI was able to have my first Mammogram and ultrasound followed by a biopsy all done at the same time, the radiographers showed great compassion and explained things well. Overall I left feeling impressed with it all, despite the shock of my potential diagnosis. Very impressed and would make the trip to Silverdale from East Auckland again for these amazing facilities and care.
