Melissa was so friendly and amazing with her service today. She was very kind and welcomed my walk in consultation with a big smile. She took her time and tried a couple of hair extensions to match the right one with my hair colour and straightened my hair to give me the best look. It only took me a 20 mins if not less to purchase the hair extension i was after and that perfectly matched my hair. Highly recommended. Best value for money!
This woman stole my money as I made a purchase online on her website and she never sent a reciept when I phoned her to confirm she accused me of fraud and said I had to ring her bank .this woman is a theif avoid her salon as her business is obviously struggling I will be lodging a complaint through the consumers commission and contacting inland revenue

After traveling around the country trying to find solutions to my hair, Savanna was the only one who could provide an excellent service with an outstanding knowledge and professionalism. Melissa is the hair miracle with the most caring and genuine personality you can meet. I'm very grateful for the job she has done along with her professional and patient team. Amazing Salon! Have been going to this wonderful lady for 17 years! Not only does she do an incredible job evident by my very thin hair lasting all these years with no damage but Mel is the kindest person you will ever meet! 100% recommend!!!
Melissa is the kindest and most thoughtful person, any apprehension you might have is gone in seconds. She listens, delivers exactly what you're after and has a wealth of experience. A wonderful human and so very, very good at what she does. She really cares about providing the best service to people, extremely genuine. Can't recommend her highly enough!
I feel I had to write a review as I have had my extensions in my hair for 5 years and unfortunately I have never had any issues with them falling out. Unfortunately the price of $220 for extensions to be put in only, as I took my own hair extensions. I feel this is an expensive experience, they fell out after only 2 weeks, even though I know you put back in free of charge. Another 2 weeks later they fell out again, it was embarrassing as I was out at the time. I’m not sure if it’s the glue product or the tapping product. You are the most beautiful soul truly, but paying that price I’d expect my hair extensions to last at least 6 weeks like they always have. It’s disappointing as now I had to pay another $100 for another hair dresser to put them in.
