Bev Calder and Sheree Henderson formed a successful real estate partnership in early 2010. Sheree was Ray White Whitianga’s number one salesperson for three years running before joining forces with Bev, who has been Bayleys Whitianga number one salesperson for six years running.

Since 2006 Bayleys Whitianga has sold 40 properties in the Waterways development, being houses and sections. Of these we have sold 14 houses and 10 sections.

Buying or selling a property, no matter how big or small, can be a stressful process for many people. The girls endeavor to make each sale or purchase as easy and as stress-free as possible. Both work hard to achieve a positive outcome for all parties involved.

Bev and Sheree are a formidable team. Their dedication and drive has produced consistent results - having achieved over $100 million worth of sales. They have had considerable success auctioning a wide range of properties right across the board – from the lower to the higher end of the market. Being part of the Bayleys team means they are backed by the best possible resources in the industry, while having the intimacy of working within a family owned company.
