Alix is the best! She always gives you ALL your options and makes you feel at ease. Professional, clear and so lovely. The practice is also in a great spot, clean and tidy and easy accessible right next door to a pharmacy and GP practice.
After reading another review about Rochelle and being a new client, I was a little worried about my upcoming hygienist appointment. I needn’t have been concerned. Rochelle was patient and kind. The clean didn’t hurt at all and I’m already booked to go back next year.
I have been to this practice several times now and always have had a positive experience. Staff are friendly and professional. Brodie is an excellent hygienist who makes me feel safe and relaxed. Both Alix and Brodie listen attentively and advise great treatment and after care plans.
I’m a nervous dental patient at the best of times. Alix was my dentist and was calm, supportive and friendly throughout my entire appointment. Alix provided me with clear treatment options so I was able to make an informed decision. Cannot recommend enough!
Had to select 1 star as a minimum otherwise would have been zero.nHaving been a member of the Lumino plan for 2 years, I am now cancelling my plan having been subjected to a 20 minute, so called Hygienist session with Rochelle. The session can only be described as torture. 24 hours later my mouth is still in pain and my gums are still bleeding. I am not inexperienced probably had over 60 hygienist visits during my 52 years and appreciate that there is always some bleeding during a hygienist visit but I have never experienced such trauma. Sadly when I asked to cancel my plan, Lumino had the cheek to not only charge me for the session by charge me full price as cancelling my plan meant that I no longer qualified for a discount. Appalling treatment. Appalling customer service.
