We had an absolutely amazing experience at Lumino Bethlehem, and I can't recommend Claire highly enough. My teenage daughter is very anxious and hadn't been to a dentist in years because of a previous bad experience. From the very first appointment, Claire was kind, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly, making sure my daughter felt comfortable and in control every step of the way.nOver three appointments, Claire carried out some extensive dental work, and her gentle, reassuring approach made such a difference. She was easy to talk to, genuinely caring, and made what could have been a stressful experience so much easier for both of us.nThe reception staff were also fantastic. They were always friendly and helpful with booking appointments and even managed to fit us in earlier when cancellations became available, which we really appreciated.nAll in all, we had a wonderful experience from start to finish. If you're looking for a dentist who is compassionate, understanding, and especially great with anxious patients, I would 100% recommend Claire and the team at Lumino Bethlehem. Thank you all for taking such great care of my daughter!

Our lil family dentist specialist is Nicolass Theron Dr-BDS.nnNicolass is super friendly, very patient focused, considerate and talks you through each step and every option eliminating anxiety.nnOur practice staff at Bethlehem are welcoming and engaging with everyone on arrival, the laughter comes free as a bonus to the service with the team at Lumino Bethlehem Dentists.nnThe environment is spotless, now I'm no expert but the equipment looks to me like state of art technology. Space is always a challenge for businesses that would be my only recommendation is to ensure practitioners have the right technology, space and tools to do their craft efficiently, effectively and with affordability with more options on payment plans for low income clients to increase access to services. Cannot recommend the team highly enough, off street parking is no problem, building access is an ease with a pharmacy and doctor's surgery adjacent.nnThankyou Dr Nicolass for your kind, efficient informative and considerate care of me and my girl.

Saw Neha Kumar the Oral Hygienist on Wednesday the 28th of Jan 2026. She is absolutely awesome and did an excellent job of putting me at ease by explaining everything she does.
