Bethany is a chartered physiotherapist who specialises in musculoskeletal injuries and women’s health physiotherapy. While practicing physiotherapy Bethany discovered yoga and its many benefits for the body and mind before undertaking her teacher training in India and Bali. She combines her knowledge of the human body with yoga teaching skills to create a specialist class designed with your body in mind.
Bethany is currently living life in beautiful Stamford, South Lincolnshire. She practices physiotherapy and teaches yoga in and around Stamford and Peterborough.
