I want to commend Jeremy for his outstanding work during the annual inspection of our Best Water Solutions water purification system today. Jeremy no doubt was very knowledgeable of the system and answered all of our questions. My family has had service through Best Water Solutions for longer than I can remember. As my grandparents are older and it isn't as easy for them to handle service calls, I step in to help out. In September 2022, we had our annual check up on our water softener system, and Mike was the technician assigned to our system. Mike was so friendly and was engaged in the customer experience and the check up, whereas I haven't experienced many other techs that are invested in the customer experience at other businesses. It has been 9 months since he came out, and I'm still very impressed by how much he cared. I will always refer anyone to Best Water Solutions, as they are family owned and operated, and they really put a lot of care into the staff they hire. Thank you for being so wonderful and making such a wonderful impression, Mike! You represent BWS wonderfully!
I usually maintain all systems in my house, but I do hire BWS for anything related to my water treatment. Very fair pricing, honest and friendly staff, and excellent customer service.
We’ve used BWS for years, as they are by far the best in the area for handling water quality needs/services. Jorge and staff are very responsive and helpful and take the time to share their knowledge with their customers and ensure everything they’re relaying is understood. Great customer service and great technicians as well. Alex spent the better of the day installing a reverse osmosis filtration system and replacing our water softener system and well tank, doing a fantastic job and taking the time at the end to ensure we knew how to operate everything. I highly recommend BWS, as they have the expertise, patience, and customer service, which sets them apart from the rest.
I paid $6000 to have a water system put in my home as I have a well for my water. The system went down several month after installation do to an issue with a valve that would not open that was buried in between the well and filters. I called them to come out and fix it, they called me on the phone and asked me to check the system and diagnose what I thought was wrong. Wait what? Isn't that your job? They were going to charge me $200 for the visit. The last time I did that it worked for 3 weeks and failed again. I had a plumber come out for $30 bucks. He found out that the unnecessary valve had failed bypassed it and it has been fine ever since. However, their chlorine pump failed in a year and due to poor equipment and they wanted to charge me not only for the pump but for installation. I would suggest researching water filtration companies as I have basically had the whole system replaced piece by piece over the last few years. This company is not great at what they do.
My experience with Best Water Solutions has been nothing short of excellent. The owner Jorge met with me for the initial consultation and helped me find the right water filtration system for my needs. He was transparent with the pricing and did not try and sell me something that I didn’t need. The exceptional service continued with Tammy the scheduling coordinator and Matt the installer. It’s nice doing business with a company that operates with such a high standard of excellence.
Starting at the end of last year, I started researching water treatment systems for my home. After checking in with a few companies around town, I discovered Best Water Solutions. When I first called their office to discuss a quote, I ended up talking to Courtney for about half an hour. She gave me information about their services and answered a few questions I had before the estimate. Later on the next week, Jorge came out to my home to evaluate our water needs. He was very honest and straightforward with what was needed for the home. It was a relief to hear that not much was needed. This was a pleasant surprise as other companies around town just tried to sell bigger, complicated, and more expense systems that weren’t necessary or useful for our situation. He took some water samples to test to confirm that nothing else was needed in addition to his initial evaluation. A couple days later, he called me and let me know that all was well. We only needed a sediment filter, water softener, and reverse osmosis system for our drinking water. This was a relief, but me being a curious person still had a lot of questions. I spent quite a while on the phone with Jorge and he was happy to answer all of my questions. Throughout the whole process, Jorge and Courtney had an approach of education and patience, whereas everyone else I talked to just wanted to sell a system. After the system was quoted and approved, we had an install date a couple weeks out. When the technicians arrived at my home, they were friendly and professional. I went over a few details with them and they had everything setup within a few hours. The install was IMMACULATE. There was great attention to detail and care in handling all the equipment. After the install was complete, the technicians went over everything that was done. I asked them about when to change filters and what was needed maintenance wise for the system. They let me know that I did not need to worry about it as the office would reach out when anything was needed to be done. This was great as it took one more item off my plate to keep track of. It's been great having the confidence that our home water supply and drinking water is now clean and protected. I would highly recommend Best Water Solutions to anyone in the Alachua County area looking for a water treatment system for their home or business.
A great company! They are very professional, and courteous. My experience started with an email to Jorge, who is very quick to respond and provide all the information you need. On the day of installation, his team arrived on time and completed the job efficiently and promptly. I highly recommend Best Water Solutions to anyone who is looking for alternative water treatment solutions.
We were referred to Best Water Solutions by our well servicing company. Jorge, the President of Best Water Solutions, promptly came to our house to review and test our equipment and water. He recommended a water processing solution for our family needs. Once we agreed on a solution, the work was scheduled. Technicians Matt and Mike arrived at the scheduled time and installed the equipment. Matt, Lead Technician, made sure that all work was completed properly and that we knew how to properly operate it. Before Matt and Mike left, they also made sure that their work areas were cleaned and neat. Later the same day, Jorge contacted us and asked if we had any questions and if we were happy with the work and his staff. We told him that he and his entire staff were very professional, competent and extremely helpful. In addition, we said that we would HIGHLY recommend Best Water Solutions to anyone who wants GREAT water!
A completely professional experience from start to finish. Jorge quickly responded to my request on home advisor. He came out and tested the water. While he explained all available options, he took the time to understand our needs and recommended that we go with the less expensive water softener. I could tell the sale was more about maintaining integrity and expanding their already stellar reputation. Our system was installed this morning. The guys were prompt, meticulous, and tidy. They also did a great job explaining the ins and out of the system we purchased. Jorge also followed up with us this afternoon to make sure we were pleased with the install. I highly recommend Best Water Solutions.
