Very happy with service and tow bar installation on our motorhome.
On two occasions in the same week, I visited the plant in Bolderwood Place, Wiri Auckland. Registering my name as a Customer to query the cost of a nudge and tow bar. On both occasions waiting for 15 minutes or more. With Customer Service on the outside of Reception they tend to have time to talk to each other.
Great for factory direct town are. Expert fitment also avaiable
Poor Service, Waited over a month for a tow bar to be deliverd, Rang multiple times, Was told another one would be sent... never was. Lost the customer, will not deal with again
I get prompt service from a helpful team. Good people I'm happy to see on the daily.
