Initially the customer service is good however, there is a breakdown in communication between the sales consultant, instore reps and delivery men. I've had two deliveries and none of them were for the initial item ordered, regardless of the measures I took to ensure that we were on the same page. They're quick to dismiss me but no one is actually listening or communicating properly and all are rushing to complete the sale.  Would not recommend dealing with this company as it's been a huge waste of time.

My partner and I got a new bed and drawer set. The bed was wet, stained and smells musty and the drawers are poorly made with imperfections. They agreed to replace them all but then stopped replying and haven’t heard anything back for weeks.  Such a waste of time and thousands of dollars!
