Just had the BEST massage with Gabe - he could really tell where needed extra pressure and where to go easy. 110% recommend Bespoke services. I've also been to physio and reformer classes there, and the knowledge of the trainers/practitioners is incredible. Super highly skilled and friendly team.
Wonderful physio clinic. Kendall and her team are experienced in a wide range of treatments and I have recieved excellent care.A long term plantar fascia tear has been resolved and I am walking freely again. Injuries from a fall also attended to with good results.
I have been seeing Mike and the team at Bespoke Physio following orthopaedic surgery to one of my legs. The level of treatment and care is outstanding. Pricing is fair and reasonable too. Their hours are great and they aim to offer a time that works with your schedule. I have no hesitation in recommending Bespoke.
The best physio’s around!! Plus such a beautiful studio for yoga & Pilates. Love it there, friendly staff and family feel.
Absolutely LOVE my SIJ band, using it now in my third trimester along with some exercises recommended. Helps hold my muscles exactly where they need to be, when I’m wearing it I have complete confidence that I can go about my day without any discomfort/back pain.
