I rang to see if they had a bernina foot i was looking for. Staff member was amazing. Found it and arranged courier to Wellington while I was on the phone to her. Arrived 3 days later. Thank you so much. Would not hesitate to shop here again

The service here is tops! I took in my Mums old Bernina which had stopped working in a cloud of smoke and they managed to repair, service and clean it up in no time. Very impressed.

Every time that I go into this store to shop or just browse the beautiful fabrics, I have a great experience. Cheryl and her team are the best. Especially after just purchasing an awesome Tula Pink 570, her after purchase service.

Went with my friend to get some fabrics since I've been wanting to start sewing. Along with the fabrics, they really helped teach me a whole lot of awesome and helpful tips. Recommended!!
