Bento Japanese

It was totally worth walking for half an hour to get to this place. It is small, cauzy, and cute. I got teriyaki udon and also got two pieces of for free. Yay! The Udon was so rich and delicious, what an absolute pleasure! One thing though, note that they have a break from 3 to 4 pm, despite what Google says.

Our go-to place for Japanese food. Made to order and prepared in minutes, chicken, salmon and pork katsu here is top notch. Highly recommended if your in the area or passing by. If only the music was a bit louder to add to the atmosphere rather than being so quiet like a library, but nothing wrong with that.Food: 5/5

Wonderful service paired with delicious food at affordable prices. This is a family run shop so its great to support local while getting a good meal. We had takeout for our whole family and everything tasted great! We will definitely be back someday.

Yea look. Tasty Japanese fast food that makes you feel good inside when you eat it. Nothing too fancy and prices are pretty reasonable for what you get. Seems as though they've been around for a while and know their stuff. Small dine in digs with roasted corn tea on tap.

The food is amazing and fresh! Finally something hearty, less salty and still really good! The place is always busy and their king samons are hugeeee! Vegetarian options: Thier veggies are super healthy!

Really great little place to stop for a meal. Only maybe 20 seats for dine in though. I had chicken teriyaki bento box and it was nice. $20 so pretty decent price as well. Nice friendly staff and quick service. What else could you ask for?Food: 5/5

We stopped by for dinner before our trip out of Auckland. The shop isn't very big but was able to accommodate our table of 6 as well as a few other tables. The menu is located above the counter, separated out into the dishes. They do have a decent selection of items. I went with the Japanese curry with potato croquette since I hadn't seen it anywhere else before. The portions were ok. A plate of curry and rice topped with the croquette. The curry was quite mild but tasty. It was quite a nice restaurant to stop by for food.
