Benjarong Thai Restaurant Howick

Second time my wife and I have been to this place and the service and food has always been amazing. They have a really good vegetarian selection on their menu and their desserts are really good too. My wife and I would definitely recommend this place.

Food was decent. Service average. Pricing horrendous. $29 for a main and extra for rice and credit card surcharge. I’m surprised they didn’t charge for water. There are better tasting cheaper Thai places with a much better service around the place. Will not be going back.

Empty on a Monday night for an obvious reason: mains like red curries are around $32 each + extra for rice! Easily the most expensive Thai in the area and food is average. Entrees $14 and service decent. Dunno how they justify that price when you can get better food for much better prices nearby.

This place is definitely on the steeper side in terms of price, but it's worth every dollar. I haven't eaten Thai food as good as this before, and there were an abundance of vegetarian options. Will be back for more one day soon!

The Burmese Curry with chicken was tasty and had a generous helping of rice noodles.

We had a very nice time together. The food and service was very good. With very friendly and helpful staff.
