Great service, good prices
The customer service and attention to detail by Marie was absolutely wonderful. I took a lady in a wheelchair there and she did a fitting for her and the person I was supporting was delighted with her purchases, price she paid and the respectful way she was treated. So thank you Marie for making this a positive experience for her.
Love the shop. An amazing selection of products and very good prices. There is plenty of room for wheelchairs which makes a nice change. Along be with very friendly staff this is definitely a favorite shop to visit. The website however is not the best and it could do with a bit of work done to it.
I had another wonderful experience with Bendon Outlet this week. I rang them yesterday asking if they had a particular underwear brand I like. The Woman who answered the phone was so helpful, she told me they had just got them in. I explained that I was not allowed to drive for health reasons and that I was in Hospital. She offered to Courier them to me but I said I could get my Partner to pick them up for me. He was unable to get there so we both went over today. Leigh, the lovely Woman I was served by was incredibly helpful and even the young Woman not serving me was chatty and helpful while I waited for the other Woman to find me something else. These Woman were lovely, pleasant and extremely helpful. Great service Bendon. Thank you, Fiona Heaps.
Fantastic outlet. Better than Aucklands Bendon outlets when it comes to availability of decent bras and briefs when there is a big sale going on eg. boxing day sales.
Store was opened 1hour late as the shop assistant who was meant to open "slept in". She was called by her colleague who was starting at 10 thankfully early for her shift who asked for her to drop the key off, she managed to do so and when she did finally arrive with the key, she was laughing about it. Really unprofessional.
Amazing, such knowledge and very kind too. Great selection. Really takes the trauma out of bra shopping. Thank you!
I bought 2 items off the clearance rack for Xmas gifts and found when I went to exchange them that clearance items are unable to be exchanged. There were no signs on the counter to explain this policy when I bought them and no one on the staff made this known to me. I left the 2 items on the counter and will never do business there again even though I've been a regular customer there for years. Shame on the store for not making this policy clear to customers at the time of purchase.
Today I had the pleasure of shopping in Bendon Hastings with Nicky. Well, what fun she is, a real asset to the Bendon brand. She was so helpful without making me feel inadequate about shopping for new bras, and took her time serving me. Consequently I bought more than intended, good sales person. If I still had my Confectionery/ Lotto shop in Wellington I would employ her. Thank you Nicky and congratulations Bendon for having such a fabulous person working for you. One lady at the counter was very unhelpful and dismissive but then her colleague was amazing I brought in business for them and was treated like I don't matter....but normally always fantastic service...must of had a bad day?????
