This morning I bought some boxer shorts from here and the service given by the young staff member couldn't have been better. She was pleasant, helpful and efficient. Well done to her. Unfortunately I didn't get her name but she had ginger hair. The products I have bought from there have always been good quality too.
Visited twice today, first experience was good, had a pleasant helpful staff member assist me. However discovered I had been over charged promo deal didn't scan up so returned later in the day I work in retail so totally understand how these things happen. However the staff member who assisted in the refund process was not pleasant, very short with a poor attitude to customer service - no apologies were made when refunding $60-not just a few $. I was not impressed!
Lots of choice/selection for small sizes, not much for larger. Staff pleasant & helpful.
Received the worst service in retail. This place has no sense of customer service. Had three staff members working, no customers in store. I had my two year old with me. I asked where their bargain rack was, they pointed to where it was. No one asked if I needed help. I tried on 5 bras. In this time no one checked to see if I was okay. Came out to get different sizes. They just stood their having a chat to each other. Didn't bother to asked if I needed help. What a joke NEW PLYMOUTH Bendon.
A great selection of bras and underwear at really reasonable prices. I'm converted and you will be too. Really great to get my daughters and myself checked for correct sizing
The young lady who helped me choose bras was very helpful. She made the experience easy. I'd never had anyone helping me with fitting before and she was excellent, helpful and not pushy. I've recommended others to go to the store as a result of dealing with Amber
A factory outlet with specials each week. They give good service and have excellent product knowledge. Adele's product knowledge and fitting advice is the best in the city. I'm finally wearing a bra size that gives an excellent line and shape to my clothing. I've noticed that when you have the underlying shape correct your overall look is a lot better. Thanks Adele.
I wasn't happy at all with my shopping experience.. I was ready to spend few $$$$$ in the shop but got told we don't have anything here for you ..
Great experience, very helpful and knowledgeable ladies. Even though I didn't buy anything today due to my size not being available I still left feeling very happy, not disillusioned. I will definitely be back.
Had a very good experience. Was quiet so I received the full attention & help of one of their staff to refit me for bras. She was very respectful & listened to my needs & wants. I came away very satisfied. Thank you.
