Story

For us, it was simple – to create comfortable, practical and fashionable stoma wear that won’t restrict users from living life and wearing what they want to wear.

Founder and designer Suzanne created the company NZ Ostomy Supplies Ltd, Trading as BellyBandz when she required an ileostomy several years ago and she wanted to be able to live life as normally as possible. She comes from a successful corporate background with a passion for sewing and fabrics which has leant itself to the creation of BellyBandz.

BellyBandz started to fulfil a need and now is supplied to medical professionals and stoma patients throughout New Zealand.
