I enjoy staying at Bella Vista because of its location. Everything I need is within easy walking distance, including the gym, cafes, and supermarkets. The rooms are comfortable and it really feels like a home away from home. The staff are always friendly and welcoming, making each stay enjoyable. I look forward to returning again.

A great motel. Staff were there to meet us. We had a first floor room. Stairs were non slip and easy to walk up.nVery comfortable beds. Very clean and cared for. The unit was equipped with a great selection of kitchen utensils that you don't often find in motels. The jug and toaster were full size too . Microwave was useful.nThe shower was amazing-cold to very hot and with the pressure being strong it will leave you feeling invigorated.
The location of this motel is nearly right in the heart of Mosgiel. On arrival we were greeted warmly. Our room was very clean and tidy, the bed was enormous and very comfortable and the bathroom bright and spotless. The place was perfect for us, handy for a local wedding and sufficiently close for a trip to see family in Clinton. Recommended
