Amber made my day today when I walked on off the street and she tinted my eye lashes, brows and threaded them to perfection. She is super chilled and brilliant at making you feel comfy during treatment. Love my lashes and brows.  Will definitely be back and hopefully get Amber again.Services:&nbsp;Eyebrow threading

First time at having eyelash extensions so wasn’t sure what to expect. The staff were very friendly and helpful, explaining about the different lashes and lengths. Had a full set of classic eyelashes which took about 1 & half hours to do. Was very happy with the end result they looked just how I wanted them too. BUT within 24 hours almost half of them had fallen off and 3 days later there’s probably about 5 lashes left! Definitely not worth £50, total waste of money.Service:&nbsp;Eyelash enhancements

What a great experience! Debbie’s whole team is extremely professional and caring. Anna in particular is very attentive, she listens to your needs and has done an amazing micro shading job. I am in love with my brows!! I had Patsy doing my brows this time, and she smashed it. I’ve had this treatment done before at other salons but by far, this has been the best and most affordable! Will definitely be back!   Services:&nbsp;Brow lamination

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE! Please save your money. I was booked in for hybrid lashes, which was not what I received. Firstly I had no idea that I was booked in with a junior technician called Delove, who destroyed and damaged my natural lashes. I left the salon with clumps and gaps on my lashes. She had two hours to do them, and when I woke up I noticed that it wasn’t what I paid for. Knowing that I was flying out the next morning and I got my lashes done for the purpose of looking good on holiday, she had the audacity to tell me I should come back after holiday to get an infill as her excuse was she did not have enough “time”. Furthermore her manager Debbie was no help to the situation whatsoever as she was trying to convince me that this is how it should look. I was gobsmacked. I had to pay extra money to get a last min PROFESSIONAL technician to save my lashes!! Horrible horrible service, please avoid as I have been trying to get through to them for a refund but are ignoring me!Service:&nbsp;Eyelash enhancements

Got my lashes done for the first time recently by the lovely Amber and I have to say she did an amazing job. I was so happy with the end result , I got a classic cat eye full set and they came out perfectly. Amber was so nice as well and managed to do my lashes exactly the way I wanted them to be. Will definitely be coming back and I recommend everyone to come to here.

I used to book eyelash extensions treatments with Kyss and later on with Patsy due to schedule change. Both are super talented in what they do, I always felt in good hands when I was there! The quality of my lashes is just perfect. In fact, they’re the best lashes I ever got and I’ve been getting my lashes done for the past 5 years now, in 3 different countries.  Unfortunately, im gonna move countries again, so yesterday was the last time for me at bella lash for now, but i will definitely go back there! Do not waste your money with this mediocre beauty salon.  I bought a Groupon voucher to do micro blading. The receptionist gave me an appointment for next day in the morning and didn’t ask if I was pregnant I am. She told me she will send me a WhatsApp confirmation with my appointment that never arrived and waited until the time of the appointment to confirm it saying they will not refund the money for this service if I don’t show up. Also, when they knew I was pregnant she happily said I can’t get the treatment anyway. No one explained me about this before, no one confirmed the appointment and the lady is super rude, not showing any empathy for the clients. I will definitely won’t leave this issue as it is and will contact Groupon to get my money back.  Poor customer service, lack of information before the treatment and misleading  information.  I am very regretful of buying anything from them. I don’t recommend you using this beauty services because they won’t face it when you need it or an accident occurs. Awesome experience! Amber did a great job even with men's eyebrows, and was really nice as a person, asking questions and being interested in the customer  felt really welcome!

Had a brown shape tint and lamination! Lovely shop and has excellent staff! Manager is efficient and welcoming and knows her stuff.
