You descend off the busy streets of Paris and arrive into our peaceful space dedicated to yoga. Hardly believing you are still in Paris, doing yoga in one of the three luminous yoga rooms."

I got myself a 30days pass at AYP. Pros: Good location and calm atmosphere of the ashram. Cons: Many times I had to wait outside the door cuz teachers were late for their classes. What makes this yoga studio special for me is their teachers, specially Gerald and Alick. I attended almost all teachers' classes and I was amazed by a gentle attentive instructions of Gerald and his adjustments. Also Alick guides with very thorough explanation of the movement. Thanks for the rearkable practice! I will def come back for Gerald and Alick!
What an amazing studio to practice yoga in Paris with a wonderful team of teachers! Traditional style of Ashtanga Yoga taught with a touch of modernity to make it more accessible for debutantes. Calm & pristine ambiance with positive vibrations emanating from every corner. Highly recommend their classes, which have become an integral part of my weekends!
Great studio! Totally recommended! All the teachers I trained with were very nice and highly professional. Helpful cueing, adjustments and positive atmosphere. Myself I am a certified Hatha/Vinyasa yoga teacher and was quite new to Ashtanga. I trained at Ashtanga Yoga Paris for one month daily 1-2 classes and advanced very much in understanding alignment and in further developing my own practice. I took Ashtanga and Resorative classes with Agata Wasko, Jinjur von Vogelpoel, Céline Gaugin, Paola da Falce, Nancy Siam, Chloé Machenaud and Florine Andrieux.
Best place in Paris to practice Ashtanga! Very serious teachers with great experience. Mysore practice in the morning for the early birds and a lot of courses during the weekdays and weekends! The environment is welcoming and warm and the attention towards each student's practice is impeccable. English and french spoken and a ver international atmosphere. If you love Ashtanga this is the place!
I'm so blissful to have found this Yoga studio, Institute and community to encourage me for the personal growth. In the studio, there are many dynamic projectsseries of classes, workshops going on, very lively, many students from all over the world like me & local as well. I almost went to all classes different style Mysore, beginner, Vinyasa, restorative etc & all different teachers. All teachers are outstanding, transmission of their knowledge & wisdom, also guiding the asana in safe way. I can feel all their sincerity. Whenever I'm in Studio, the feeling of home. Each time I go to Paris, I return this yoga studio. I buy 1 week illimited card though I stay 2~3 days in Paris. Looking forward to practicing in AYP soon.
the best studio for Ashtanga in Paris! but there is one more joy to discover, specially if you are looking for an extra strech or real healing: the classes of yoga for the back with Camille Kemache. just try it!
The best place to practice Ashtanga Yoga in Paris! Clean and beautiful shala, courses available on all levels as well as Mysore morning practice 7 days a week. And most importantly- amazing teachers with great experience and knowledge who all speak english as well as french. Guest teachers have included amongst others Chuck Miller, Ron Reid and Marla Meenakshi Joy. I highly recommend a visit to this studio : Namaste
A beautiful place to practice Ashtanga Yoga. It is a warm and sunny place. I learnt a lot about alignment to practice in a safe way. The teachers are excellent. I go back every day ; to enjoy yoga in a peaceful and beautiful environment. Highly recommended.
A place to learn how to practise Ashtanga yoga safely. Linda and Gerald have created a wonderful space with amazing teachers for beginners to advanced practitioners. Their teacher training programme is really complete and a true education - not just to learn about the asanas postures in detail and how to modify them when necessary, but also to learn pranayama breathing techniques, anatomy for the safe practise of the postures, and for a detailed introduction to the philosophy of yoga and for an introduction to meditation. Also the studio has regular workshops with well-respected international teachers. Classes are in French and in English. Sorry - I am starting to sounding like an advertisement - but do visit!!!
Ashtanga Yoga Paris is the premier Ashtanga yoga shala in Paris. With a culture at the the studio that has grown up over the last ten years it is a very pleasant environment to practice with extremely knowledgeable instructors that caters to all levels.
