The nurse and student nurse on today Monday are a great asset to your team. Very informative, easy to talk to, bubbly, both nurses came out and greeted me and my 13 month old before her shots. Great experience. Many thanks!
Not impressed. Was made to pay b4 seeing the doctor. Should of seen Lee as I like an trust him. Was getting a cortisone injection for my carpal tunnel. I told the doctor about my concerns as had same issue in other hand so Tim reassures me saying he has never hit a nerve well until he hit my nerve while putting in the local. I did not know why he seemed alittle worried but now understand why after googling as hitting a nerve can cause permanent damage. My hand wrists have been so much worse an the feeling has changed so he may of done damage. Not happy as my carpal tunnel was not sorted. This k I will be taking this further
Very kind people, been here since I was a baby.nThey understand that I have a fear of needles and respect that and make me comfortable and give me a candy when I feel faint after needles.nnMy only negative is when you book an appointment for a specific time and then you wait around 5-10 minutes afterwards.
Much as I don't like to be negative this place is a joke, an absaloute let down! Instead of being actually listened to I get treated like a druggy for asking for painkillers for chronic pain in my back and stomach. Get told painkillers won't help‍I hate pills but sometimes it's nice to know I have something with a bit more grunt then panadol for when pains do kick in. This medical practice and the so called doctors in it are ametuer at best!!
So much appreciation for this medical centre! Great team of doctors and staff. Very friendly and attentive. Bridget has gone above and beyond for me!! So thankful
